What’s included in each visit?
Each DwellCare visit is designed to keep your home functioning as it should and maintained to a consistent standard.
We handle routine maintenance and minor repairs such as:

Hardware tightening (handles, knobs, fixtures)

Door adjustments (sticking, alignment, latching)

Window and sliding door adjustments

Lubricating hinges, tracks, and moving parts

Minor drywall patching (small holes, nail pops)

Touch-up caulking (kitchen, bath, baseboards, exterior points)

Securing loose trim, baseboards, or fixtures

Adjusting cabinet doors and drawer alignment

Re-securing towel bars, hooks, and mounted items

Minor weather sealing and draft prevention

Deck and railing tightening (non-structural)

Fence and gate adjustments

Spot sealing small exposed wood areas

Visual inspection for early signs of wear or water intrusion
Each visit also includes a brief inspection to identify anything that may need attention over time, along with a simple post-visit report.
Standard Plan
Includes everything above, plus trash can pressure washing during scheduled visits.
Premium Plan
Includes everything in the Standard Plan, plus HVAC filter replacement, light bulb replacement service (interior and exterior, reachable fixtures), along with extended service time for more comprehensive care.
Can I request specific tasks?
Yes, you can request specific tasks through our portal. We prioritize high-impact maintenance tasks that prevent larger issues from developing.
Can I reschedule visits?
Yes, you can reschedule your visits up to 48 hours in advance via our mobile app or website portal.
What if I need more time?
Our standard visit is one hour. If you require additional time, we can extend your visit for an extra fee, ensuring all maintenance is completed.
